• Name of the primary contact for ordering
• Business Tax ID Number (Note – Business must be an established business)
Once we have received your email, our sales staff will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All products on our website are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all items shown on the website are in stock and ready for dispatch. If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will promptly contact you to communicate the status of your order and availability of products. Usually w/in 24 hours (except on weekends and bank/public holidays).
For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for arrival via FedEx. There is an additional ship fee added to all international orders. The price of this fee is calculated upon checkout, dependent on the order total. International ship fees do not include any customs, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by countries outside of the USA.
The countries we ship to, outside of the United States, include:
Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom (UK)
We do not ship to Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Turkey, or Russia.
International orders that are returned to us via our shipping courier for any of the following reasons will not be refunded:
- Unable to deliver
- No one at home
- Incorrect address
- 3 attempts made with no response from customer
- Or any other factor that was not an error of Maui Babe
If you would like to request a refund or cancel an order, once the shipment is returned to Maui Babe, Inc., the original form of payment will be credited back minus the ship fee in both directions, customs, duties, taxes, etc. that may have been imposed by the country, and a restocking fee of 20%.

Within the package being sent back to us, include the packing slip or a printed copy of the invoice previously emailed to you. If it’s not available, please include a note that contains the following information: shipping name, address, phone number, date of order, order number, and the reason for refund/exchange. In addition, please send the goods in appropriate packaging.
