For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for arrival via FedEx. There is an additional ship fee added to all international orders. The price of this fee is calculated upon checkout dependent on the order total. International ship fees do not include any customs, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by countries outside of the USA.
Note:
International orders that are returned to us via our shipping courier for any of the following reasons will not be refunded:
- Unable to deliver
- No one at home
- Incorrect address
- 3 attempts made with no response from customer
- Or any other factor that was not an error of Maui Babe.
If you would like to request a refund or cancel an order, once the shipment has been returned to Maui Babe, Inc., the original form of payment will be credited back minus the ship fee in both directions, customs, duties, taxes, etc. that may have been imposed by the country, and a restocking fee of 20%.
