Returns, Cancellations, Replacements

Cancellations or Refunds within the USA will be subject to a 20% restocking Fee. Returns are ONLY accepted for UNUSED/UNOPENED product. Refunds are issued back to original form of payment only. We do not pay for the return shipping.

It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend US Priority Mail. We can not be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

If we do not hear from you w/in 7 days from receipt of delivery, we assume all has been received as ordered with no damage, and no refund/exchange/replacements will be offered.

We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given to us by you on your order.

Instructions for returning goods:

Include the delivery receipt or a copy of your email invoice with the goods. If not available, please include a note that contains the following:name ordered under, address, phone number, date of order, order #, and reason for refund/exchange.
