2. Apply the Browning Lotion evenly to all desired areas before using the tanning bed.

OUTDOORS

2. Apply an SPF 30 or higher before applying the Browning Lotion.
3. Apply the Browning Lotion on top of the sun protectant generously and evenly to all desired areas.
4. Re-apply at frequent intervals to achieve maximum results including after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
5. Beginners maximum sun time: one hour.
